Refund policy
All digital product sales are final. Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, we do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for digital products once the order has been completed.
This includes, but is not limited to, ebooks, downloadable files, digital editions, and any other electronically delivered products.

UK and EU Residents
Please note that our print-on-demand books are custom-made specifically for your order and are therefore considered personalized products. Under both the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, personalized items are exempt from the standard 14-day return policy.
As a result, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for print-on-demand books unless the product is faulty or does not match the description provided. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
